With expertise in corporate finance and investments, Dr. Tsetsekos has served in advisory and consulting roles in several public companies and organizations in the US and abroad including The World Bank, The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bear Stearns, FannieMae and Calamos Investments. Dr. Tsetsekos has experience in securitizations, risk management and hedging, asset pricing and valuations and M&A. Currently, he is the Francis Professor of Finance and Dean Emeritus at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business where he served as Dean of LeBow for 10 years and as VP of Academic Administration at Drexel for four years. With extensive service in the community, Dr. Tsetsekos serves on several boards, is a frequent speaker in forums/conferences and has published research in academic and professional journals. Dr. Tsetsekos is a senior advisor to the firm and does not engage in securities transactions.
Mr. Theofilou has more than 20 Years specialized experience in distressed debt acquisition and loan servicing, corporate restructuring, real estate investment, lending and structured finance.
He has a unique ability to simplify complex operational requirements & unify information systems, technology platforms, people & processes with business needs.
George is a partner at StormHarbour; responsible for trading and syndication of asset-backed products, having joined from Societe Generale, where he was MD, head of Europe and deputy global head of trading for the Securitized Products Group. George worked for RBS in London where he was head of Global Exotics ABS trading. Prior to RBS, George run Structured Transactions at Radian Europe as well as the Pricing desk for Radian Group in Philadelphia. In the US he held Decision Support appointments in underwriting and servicing of subprime credit cards, small business lines of credit and mortgages at Advanta, HSBC Finance (Metris) and Chase Home Finance.
Mr. Tsalparos has over 20 years of strong performance record in large Multinational Financial Institutions (Banking & Insurance). He has served various senior banker positions HSBC, ABN AMRO, NatWest, Aegean Baltic Bank, and International Life. He is highly praised for combining different approaches and innovative financial re-engineering designs in order to fulfill complicated financial transactions, M&As, turn-around of loss making businesses & sale of NPLs. Mr. Tsalparos is particularly skilled in creating value, operating with integrity in regulated environments & multinational and matrix organizations.
Mr. Papatheoharis has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of structured finance, capital markets, fixed income trading and risk transfer technology. He has served as Chief Investment officer of Luminent Capital, a publicly traded investment firm, where he managed a $15 billion portfolio of non-agency mortgage loans and ABS securities and derivatives. He also served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Radian Group Inc., where he managed Radian’s structured products business.
Mr. Stamatopoulos has more than 30 years of experience in SME lending, credit structuring, and underwriting with Eurobank as well as other large financial institutions.
